The last day of the year was well spent with my lovely bunch of girls @ 15 minutes cafe. Nice food, good service, wonderful ambience and great value for money, i would totally recommend that place for any birthday party! There was a live performance as well which was pretty amazing. Its really a cool place, I am so glad we celebrated Jane's birthday there! Gave her a ukelele for her birthday present and we were so happy she liked it!
Headed down to Clarke Quay for the countdown and it was a whale of a time. Met the clique for awhile it was so coincidental and i didn't know they were hitting the same place as well. So glad to see them on the last day of the new year. The bunch was super crazy, i am just hoping we don't get stomped! They held this banner on a serviette that says "Happy New Year" and waved to the passing crowds and we were shocked most Singaporeans responded, pretty cool crowd we had at clake quay aye :)
Countdown by the riverbank, it was good and we are in my house pigging out now, yes @ 5am.
It's really fun and i am so happy to spend the last and first day of my year with the people i love, yes. all the people i met today <3

New Year's Eve

I am anticipating the approaching of 2012 and just the many out there, I am sure it would be a better year.
This year has been an eventful one with lots of ups and downs, decisions, compromises, happy and sad moments that has shaped me to become a stronger person. It has taught me that it is impossible to please everyone and much as i should listen to the voices of many, I should stay true to my own convictions and beliefs and not let the opinions of others' affect me.
It has not been an easy year for me and some of the people around me, but I am proud to say that i have not regretted any of the things that has happened this year. When the battle gets tough, the tough gets going.

The last few hours of 2011, I would like to spend reflecting on the happenings and eventful year but more so, much as everyone set new year resolutions, which includes aiming to be a better person.
Cliche as it sounds, I would definitely pride it as one of my goals in life. I know how some people feel that it may seem senseless to set new year resolutions because most don't follow through but for me it marks a new beginning each year and it spurs me on to do better in life, run a better race than the previous year.

1. Realign my priorities and place God first, above my studies, work, relationships or money
2. Work on my attitude (take away apathy in my life)
3. Gain more knowledge- like seriously, about things happening around the world & issues
4. Become a sensitive person (whom is able to hear the needs of others & reach out to them)
5. Place others above self

Personal goals aside, some of the things i would like to accomplish in 2012.
1. Pick up 2 new skills (according to my interests)
2. Find a job that I really like to pursue in preparation for my working life
3. Travel to 2 new countries
4. Spend more time with my family
5. Save $10k for my education
6. One mission trip
7. Excel in whatever I do and put my heart and utmost best to each resolution

I want to look back at 2012 next year, at this time and smile, knowing that i fulfilled the goals that i have set for myself a year ago and have made an accomplishment in the past year. Not gonna let another year slip by without realising. It's normal how each one of us are able to say "This year has gone by so quickly" but when people actually asks us what have you accomplished over the past year, we are stunned and are unable to answer that question. I want 2012 to be a year of constant reflection with God's empowerment to do well, and better in life. FOCUS. Drive. Motivation. Energy= A meaningful life.

CHRISTMAS DAY!(BCM)

Just had supper with Aaron, YangCheng, Lebbillie, DingZhou and BaoZhong.
Yummy Banmee @ Upper Thomson and Mezzaonite for supper, reached home at 2am :) i had a pretty good time laughing at all the epic jokes it was really funny to the max and aaron's army experiences.

Been having the time of my life and i have a gazillion photos to upload but i shall do them in bits :)
I really enjoyed this year alot! :) Christmas is always a fun packed season of joy that i have always loved since young :) So this year was no exception and it was jam-packed with activities!

Before this i had a really great time with two of my bestfriends over @ hy :) shall upload more photos soon, we had an awesome time eating like real real foodies like srsly crazy eating. Never knew that raylene could eat that much, kind of scary the both of them who look like small eaters. And of course singing along & dancing to kpop(something i'd never imagine myself doing) in the hotel room, and roaming the streets which led us to extend the little trip a night longer, can't wait for bangkok next year with them, i am sure it will be a blast- another time of feasting and shopping :)

so the eve of christmas was spent with my sec school clique @ vivo supposedly doing a countdown & picnic at sentosa which ended up in us having our dinner- packed long john silver & carl's junior at the rooftop before heading to bribri's house to celebrate christmas right on the dot @ 12. then followed a night of karoke and chilling out over @ her crib :) love love love

christmas day was awesome- day started with a blast at bcm themed royalty and the children programme was super awesome, great job to serene & the team! than followed bcm buffet @ hotel rendevous it is way under-rated heard bad reviews about it but i really enjoyed the spread and more so the company! :) the bcm family is always the bunch of people that i will be the most comfortable with- regardless of whatsoever that happens <3

boxing day- happy and fun night of potluck spent with the clique we all brought our food which turns out to be quite alot and it was so fun! enjoyed the night with them alot its always merrier with more people and i really loved it! more of a get-together rather than an occasion to celebrate but still, great time! we should totally do more of such gatherings with the huge bunch! <3

didn't catch any sleep as i had to catch a coach to genting the next day :)
fun trip! first trip overseas with the ssch peeps & i am glad we had such an enjoyable time tgt! went to genting & kl because them theme park closed  :( super sad but i guess kl's shopping & dinner made up for it? :) looking forward to our korea trip next year! wheeeee

that pretty much sums up my holiday & i'd be rushing my work before heading to malacca with the fam on new year's day- yay to chicken rice balls !:) bringing my lappie to do work over, finallyyyy some family time.
